Criminal Information Services

St Luke Volunteers, the following areas of service require a St. Luke church background check: 
 
  • Those working with vulnerable populations (this includes those working with all youth under 18 years old, nursery, people with disabilities, and eldercare).
 
  • Those with any financial responsibility (this includes any individuals who handle cash/checks, i.e. counters, ushers, special events or those with access to church financial information).
 
 
Completing a background check is free to you.  It can be quickly and easily filled out through our St Luke website link and is valid for three years.  Click here to complete yours today:   https://www.stlukechurch.com/forms.html
 
Should you have trouble with the form link provided, you may directly access the form which is housed in two places within www.stlukechurch.com:   under the “Learning” tab or the “Quick forms” tabs.   
 
Select from the pull-down menu which primary ministry you are volunteering for.  The background check is the same for all ministry categories and your single background check clears you to volunteer for multiple ministries within St. Luke.
