Farm workers - adequate and affordable housing and childcare for farm workers and their families.

Grauer Back to School Project, St. Luke

Partnership Ministry - with Neighborhood House, 1 5 SW churches and others-to provide clothing and school supplies to low-income children.

Highland United Church of Christ, NE Portland

Partnership Ministry - provides funds for both Scholarships for students beyond high school and Thanksgiving meals, assist in serving.

HopeSpring, Lutheran Family Service, Washington County

Women and children - home and support for mothers, and children, completed treatment for drug and alcohol addiction.

Hopewell House, Legacy Visiting Nurses, SW Portland

People who are dying and their loved ones - in-house physical and spiritual end-of-life care and education.

Hispanic Lutheran Church - ELCA mission partner providing food and shelter for the Hispanic comm.

India Student Lunch Program, India

Youth - lunches provided to students through a ministry by the Lutheran pastor in India.

Women and children - residential drug treatment for pregnant women and women with young children.

Seniors - meals to seniors and shut-in neighbors through Meals on Wheels and daily meal.

Refugee families - settling refugee families in homes throughout Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington counties.

Mental Health - program that provides medical attention and support and shelter for clients in the SW Portland and Washington county community.

Lutheran World Relief, worldwide

World - bi-annual collection of clothing, quilts, and school kits, distributed around world.

NE Emergency Food Program, EMO, Portland

Families and individuals - essential food for individuals and families without resources.

Families and individuals - summer lunch program for school children and emergency food boxes. Partnership with Grauer Project

W Pilot Project,

Seniors - housing and transportation in for downtown homeless, low-income seniors. We provide bedding supplies; host annual picnic.

Oregon Farm Workers Ministry, Woodburn

Farmworkers and families - advocates for legislative support for fair and appropriate labor laws for farm workers.

Families and individuals - funds are distributed to agencies to provide emergency funds for electricity and/or heat.

Women and children - funds provided for emergency shelter until adequate housing may be located.

Families and individuals - quilts for Lutheran World Relief and local transitional housing.

Sister congregation - only inner-city pastoral internship in Pacific Northwest.

SMART - Hayhurst School, SW Portland

Youth - books provided for children who are mentored in a reading program by volunteers.

SW Community Health Center, SW Portland

Low-income families - a volunteer, nonprofit health organization serving low-income people in the SW community.

Transition Projects, Portland

Men - shelter for homeless men in NW Portland. St. Luke provides and serves monthly meal.
